Michigan Animal Reports
Last week your child should have finished the Introduction, Young and Habitat slides for our
Michigan Animal Research Project.  This week we will be working on finishing the Physical
Characteristics and Adaptations slides with information we’ve gathered. Research and/or
typing could be done at home and be included as a “My Choice” activity throughout this month.
Please ask your child what they discovered about their animal’s young and habitat.
Final projects will be finished by March 28th.

Reading Month/Reading Counts
March is Reading Month activities have moved into Week 3! The theme is “One World,
Many Stories.”  Please continue to encourage your child to READ, READ, READ
and meet their weekly goal of 3 Reading Counts points!   Mrs. Ettinger’s class
continues to be slightly ahead of ours in points, so we really want to catch them this week!
